The objective of the "Basic and clinical oncology, towards precision medicine" subprogram is to provide students with quality training enabling them to pursue a PhD program in the field of oncology. An overview of the most recent research in this area will be provided. This multidisciplinary course is intended for both health professionals and scientists who wish to acquire the conceptual and methodological bases in oncology. It combines basic and clinical research as well as applications to diagnosis and therapy. It is based on the topics developed in expert research structures in this field, at the University of Lille. The program gives an integrated vision of cancer pathology as well as current and future therapies.
